Qn: How long does it take to deliver books?
We normally deliver books to U.S.A. addresses in about 5 working days. If you must have the book(s) sooner please choose the 4 day or 3 day express options when checking out.
Qn: How much is the cost of shipping & handling?
One or two books cost $6.95. Below is the complete list of charges to U.S.A. addresses only.
We use the Post Office Priority mail shipping option. Delivery takes 2-3 working days, but remember we make and ship books within 48 hours that's why you need at least 5 working days. Here is a table of shipping charges depending on the amount of your order:

Qn: How much is express shipping?
Assuming one or two books, 4 day express costs $19.00 and 3 day express cost $25.00. This is a guaranteed service.
Qn: Hou much is international shipping?
Shipping one or two books to Canada costs $12.00 but you have to select the Canada shipping option when checking out. All other countries shipping one or two books costs $15.00. We use International Priority shipping by the US Postal Service. Delivery takes about 6-9 working days.
Qn. Why I am I getting more than one confirmation, I want only one book?
When you have a delay in the shopping cart, the system sends out the details you provide to make the book, but the order is not paid for. You may just ignore that confirmation that comes through and start a new order or just call us at 703-583-9359 and pay by phone because we'll have all your details from that first confirmation. If you start a new order, it will be clear to us what happened, we'll just ignore the confirmation that is not paid for, and you will only pay for and receive only the books that appear in the confirmation that is paid for.
Qn: Why is my credit card rejected?
The most common reason why a credit card cannot be processed is because the address is not entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. That results in an address mismatch. Please make sure the billing adress is exact. This feature is added to help protect you incase another person is using your card.
